About us

A familiar team.
A brighter outlook.

Clean & Bright is part of Naks Property Services, a local crew working across Tyler and East Texas. We wash exteriors, clean windows and hang Christmas lights, which means the same people who know your property in June are the ones on your roofline in November.

Roof to slab, inside and out, is how the crew puts it. An estimate starts with a photo: send a picture of the front of your house or the worst spot on the driveway and we’ll come back with a number, then measure on site and put it in writing. The point is to take the scrubbing and the ladder off your list, and to price professional Christmas lights so more families can actually afford them.

Cleaner homes. Brighter holidays.

Dirty water running in streaks across a pale concrete slab beside a green lawn

The stain on your driveway is not one stain

Algae, rust, oil and ground-in dirt all look like the same grey from the porch. They come off in different ways, and one of them does not really come off at all.

What can you pressure wash?

Driveways, walkways, patios, porches, brick and stone, siding and fences are the usual list. Not everything should meet high pressure though. Roofs, painted wood, older mortar and some siding need low pressure and a cleaning solution instead. We’ll look at your surfaces and tell you which approach they need.

How much do Christmas lights cost?

Lighting starts at $2.50 per foot for runs of 250 ft or less, and $3.50 per foot beyond that. A typical 2,000 sq. ft. home lands around $600. Your written estimate confirms the footage and the rate that applies, because the tiers overlap around the 250 ft mark.

When should I book Christmas lights?

Earlier than feels necessary. Discounted pricing is for work scheduled before October 31, and the calendar genuinely fills from the outside in. Booking early is also what buys the time to measure properly and plan the display rather than just get it up.

Do you do anything besides the big three?

Yes. Gutter and downspout cleaning, shower glass cleaning, and pest control and mosquito misting. Not one of the big three, but the same crew handles them. Ask when you call and we’ll confirm the scope in your estimate.

Which areas do you serve?

We’re based in Tyler and serve the surrounding East Texas towns. Share your town or ZIP code and we’ll confirm availability at your address.

What if I’m not happy with the work?

Tell us and we’ll come back out. If you were away during the appointment, we’ll arrange a convenient time to return and put it right.

Rates are a starting point. Your written estimate confirms the footage and the rate that applies. The printed tiers overlap around the 250 ft mark, so the measurement decides. Comparison figures are typical market rates of $4.00–$8.00 per foot, not quotes from named competitors.
