What can you pressure wash?

Driveways, walkways, patios, porches, brick and stone, siding and fences are the usual list.

Not everything should meet high pressure though. Roofs, painted wood, older mortar and some siding need low pressure and a cleaning solution instead. We’ll look at your surfaces and tell you which approach they need.

How it works

Read the surface.
Then pick the pressure.

Three steps, and a number in writing before anything gets turned on.

  1. 1

Send a photo of the worst of it

An estimate starts with a picture. Send the front of the house or the stain on the driveway, tell us roughly how much there is, and we’ll come back with a number.

  2. 2

We match the method to the surface

Driveways, walkways and masonry take pressure. Painted wood, older mortar and some siding take low pressure and a cleaning solution instead. We tell you which is which, then measure on site and put the scope and the price in writing.

  3. 3

    We wash, then you look

On the agreed day, at the agreed price. Walk it with us afterwards. If something isn’t right, we come back out.

Rates are a starting point. Your written estimate confirms the footage and the rate that applies. The printed tiers overlap around the 250 ft mark, so the measurement decides. Comparison figures are typical market rates of $4.00–$8.00 per foot, not quotes from named competitors.
